Ingredients:
2 tsp. Blue Joy Tea from EURO TEA
3 pcs. Flowers of Blue Butterfly by EURO TE
4 oz. Warm water
2 oz. Rum
2 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Milk
Ice to taste
Ornament:
Fresh pomegranate to taste
Powdered sugar to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix the Tea with the Blue Butterfly flowers and infuse in warm water (70°C for 3 min), strain and set aside.
2. In the shaker with ice add the Tea, rum, juice and milk, shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass with ice, garnish with fresh pomegranate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
