Ingredients:
2 tsp. Pu Erh Tropic EURO TEA
8 oz. Water
3 oz. Sugar or syrup
Ice to taste.
4 oz. Mineral water
1/2 Pz. Apple in wedges
Preparation:
1. Prepare the tea in water (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 5 minutes, sweeten, strain and set aside.
2. Fill a glass with ice, add the tea and mineral water carefully little by little, on top of the ice so that it does not mix and looks like the photo.
3. Finally, add the chopped apple.
