Recipes with Matcha

As I mentioned in the previous article about Matcha, this tea, besides being considered a “super food” because we are consuming the entire tea leaf, can be used not only to make a hot infusion, but also to prepare food, cocktails and pastries. That is why I want to share with you 2 delicious and very healthy recipes that, if you drink them in the morning, will help you inject energy and concentration into your day.

 

Juice with Matcha
(1 serving)

Ingredients: 

½ Tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE
1 glass Juice of your choice

Preparation:

1.- Add the juice (you can add ice) and the Matcha to a blender.
2.- Beat until combined. Serve and drink immediately.

 

Matcha Mango
(1 serving)

Ingredients:

1 Tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE
½ piece Manila handle
½ Tz. Natural drinkable yogurt
1 piece natural ginger
2 oz. Milk

Preparation:

1.- Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend until everything is integrated.
