Ingredients:
1 Tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE or 2 sticks of Matcha Lover
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. Honey or sugar
1 oz. Sake
Preparation:
1. In a chawan, whisk the Matcha in the water (80 °C) with the honey.
2. Pour all ingredients into a Shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with mint leaves on a bamboo stick or with lychee.
