Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Green Tea Pineapple Ginger EURO TEA

2 oz. hot water with ice

2 tbsp. agave honey

1 1/2 oz. Tequila

2 oz. pineapple juice

½ eureka lemon (squeeze juice)

Sugar

Pineapple chunks

Ice

Preparation:

1.- In a EURO TEA Pineapple Infuser, put the EURO TEA Pineapple Ginger Green Tea and place it in a 4oz EURO TEA porcelain jug with 2 oz of hot water (70°C), let it infuse for 3 min, strain and let it cool.

2.- Frost an Old Fashioned glass with lemon and sugar, fill the glass with ice, add 2 tbsp. of agave honey, the EURO TEA Pineapple Ginger Green Tea, the Tequila, the pineapple juice and finally the Eureka lemon juice. Decorate with a piece of pineapple.
