Palomatcha

Ingredients:

¼ cup hot water
c/s Grapefruit soda
½ oz. (45 ml.) Mezcal or tequila (White)
c/s Lemon and salt
c/s Matcha Salt*
Ice to taste

Preparation:

1. Rim the glass with salt, whisk the matcha in hot water to dissolve any lumps.
2. Add ice to the frosted glass and the matcha shake, add mezcal (or tequila), fill with soda and finish with a few drops of lemon.
3. Garnish with a lemon slice covered with matcha salt.
*Matcha salt is made by mixing salt (preferably fleur de sel) with matcha, we recommend 4 parts salt to 1 part matcha.
