AMORCITO FRAPPÉ (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

20 oz.          Ice

2 Tbsp.       EURO TE Crystal Base

4 oz.            Cranberry/pomegranate or grape juice

2 Tbsp.        EURO TE Turkey Fruit Tisane (remove rosebuds, reserve for garnish)

Chocolate and mint pearls (pink) or colored sugar

*2 oz.           Vodka or white rum

Preparation: 

1. Put ice, crystal base, juice, and Tisane into a blender. Blend until smooth. If necessary, add more juice or a splash of hot water.

2. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with rosebuds and pearls. *optional.

JAPAN GARDEN SODA

Ingredients:

3 tsp.       EURO TE Japan Garden Green Tea

3 oz.              Water at 70 °C

2 tsp.       Sugar

Ice

Sparkling water

Preparation: 

1. Prepare the tea in water at 70°C, infuse for 3 minutes, strain and sweeten.

2. Pour into the bottom of the glass, add ice and then the sparkling water over the ice to avoid stirring.
