Black tea with ginger and mint
Delicious and digestive
Ingredients:
2 Tz Water½ cup milk
10-12 fresh mint leaves
½ tsp. powdered ginger or ½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 c ch black tea Assam E URO TE
1 ½ Tbsp sugar
Bring the water to a boil with the mint leaves and ginger, let it boil for 5 minutes or until the water turns green.
Add the black tea and let it boil for 1 minute. Add milk and sugar, turn off the heat, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, strain.
