Turmeric Latte
Golden milk
Improve your immune system, ideal for cold days
This recipe is not a tea recipe, as it does not contain camellia sinensis in its ingredients.
Ingredients:2 cups milk (or milk substitute)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
¼ tsp ground cinnamon or 1 2cm cinnamon stick
1 pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a pot, heat slowly over low heat, let boil for a few minutes, skim and serve hot.
