Ingredients:
Syrup:
1 Tz. Water 1
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. Herbal Tea Ginger Lemon EURO TEA (2).
Drink:
1 tsp. Mint Green Tea EURO TEA .
8 oz. Hot water 2
6 pcs. Mint Leaf.
2 oz. Bourbon
Ice to taste
Preparation:
1. Syrup: Put 1 cup of water, sugar and herbal tea in a pot, leave it on the heat to thicken for 10 minutes, strain and let it cool.
2. Prepare the Tea in hot water 2 (60 - 75°C), infuse for 3 minutes, strain and set aside.
3. In the shaker, put 1 ounce of the syrup, the mint and crushed leaves, add half a cup of tea, the bourbon and ice.
4. Shake for 20 seconds, pour into an old fashioned glass and garnish with mint leaves.
Tea Master Tip.
Moroccan Tea is a drink that originated approximately 200 years ago, when Chinese rulers gave Gunpowder Green Tea to the rulers of Morocco, where they mixed it with mint (nana) and sugar and offered it as a hospitality drink.
