Ingredients:
Syrup:
3 oz. Water (1)
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Green Tea Blue Velvet EURO TE
Drink:
3 tbsp. Hanami White Tea EURO TEA
1/2 cup hot water (2)
Tehuacán or carbonated water
Ice to taste
Topping mini hydrated EURO TEA Violet petals.
Preparation:
1. Syrup: Put the water (1), sugar and Green Tea in a pot, leave it on the fire to thicken for 10 minutes. Let it cool covered in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare Hanami Tea in water 2 (80°C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and set aside.
3. In a tall glass, add ice, the hydrated violet petals, the syrup, Tehuacán and the Hanami at the end.
