Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Sencha Green Tea Pomegranate Raspberry EURO TEA
½ cup water 75 °C (hot water with ice)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 oz. White Tequila or Mezcal
Mineral water to taste
Pomegranate juice to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Pomegranate seeds to taste and 1 serrano chili to decorate
Ice to taste.
Preparation:
1. Put the tea in the lemon infuser, place it in the jug of justice with the water, infuse for 3 minutes and remove the infuser, sweeten with sugar and let it cool.
2. Add ice to a tall glass or goblet, add the tequila or mezcal, tea, mineral water, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and garnish with natural pomegranate seeds and a serrano chili.
