Ingredients:

Syrup:

8 oz. Boiling water 1

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp. Herbal tea Ginger lemon EURO TEA

Drink:

2 tbsp. Blackberry Black Tea EURO TEA

4 oz. Boiling water 2

6 mint leaves

6 pcs. Natural blackberries

2 oz. Bourbon

Mineral water to taste.

Shaker EURO TEA

Preparation:

1. Syrup: Put 1 cup of water, sugar and herbal tea in a pot and leave it on the stove to thicken for 10 minutes. Let it cool covered in the refrigerator.

2. Prepare the Black Tea in water 2 (90 - 95 °C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and let cool.

3. In a shaker, add ice, mint, blackberries, 1 tablespoon of syrup, Bourbon and Tea.

4. Fill an old fashioned glass with almost crushed ice, add the shaker mixture and fill with mineral water.

Decorate with some mint leaves or natural blackberries.
