Ingredients:

1 Bag Earl Grey Black Tea in EURO TEA bag

2 oz. Gin

2 oz. Lemon juice (Eureka)

Shaker EURO TEA

Ice to taste

1 slice of lime

Preparation:

1. Place the tea bag in the gin, infuse for 5 minutes and remove the bag.

2. Put ice in the shaker, add the tea infusion, the lemon juice and shake for at least 30 seconds.

3. Pour the shaker mixture into a Martini glass.

Garnish with a lime peel twist.

Twist: Cut a lime wedge, use a knife to slice the inside of the wedge all the way around the peel, peel off the edge and make a small horizontal cut so that it forms a strip, tightly wrap the strip of peel around your finger or something circular and place the twist in one corner of the glass.
