Ingredients:
8 oz. Water
Preparation:
1. Chill the cream (preferably 1 hour in the freezer).
2. Mix the cream with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Prepare the tea in water (90 – 95°C), infuse for 5 minutes, strain and serve in a cup.
4. Decorate with whipped cream and enjoy.
Tea Master Tip
This drink is inspired by toffee or salted caramel, which when mixed with Earl Grey, which has a citrus flavor, results in a very interesting drink.
