6 oz. Cold milk

Ornament:

1 Pc. Berry

Preparation:

1. Chill the whipping cream.

2. Add the sugar and whip the cream until firm.

3. Add the Matcha and mix.

4. Serve over the cup with cold milk.

Garnish with 1 berry.

This drink is inspired by the "Dalgona Coffee" drink that emerged in 2019 and was a trending topic for many months on social media. Its name is in honor of a Korean melted caramel candy, which makes it resemble a whipped coffee.
