“Blue Life” in which we have 7 Teas and Tisanes with the beautiful Thai flower “blue buterfly” or “blue bell”, whose scientific name is clitoria ternatea.
The color of the infusion of this flower is blue and with the addition of lemon (or another acidic element such as orange or grapefruit) it changes to lilac or purple, making it ideal for the preparation of beautiful and fun cocktails or drinks.
It also has beneficial health properties such as being anxiolytic, nootropic, antidiabetic and antiallergic, as well as having detoxifying effects.
