Ingredients:

3 tbsp. Blue Thai White Tea EURO TE

2 cups water

1 liter Coconut water*

1 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup Malibu Rum**

Preparation:

1. The day before, prepare the tea in water (80°C), infuse for 4-5 minutes, strain, cool and set aside.

2. Empty into ice trays (it can be shaped) and put in the freezer.

3. Put the remaining ingredients in a glass pitcher and mix (**the rum can be omitted if you want to make a mocktail).

4. Serve in old-fashioned glasses and add the ice cubes at the last minute. Watch as they color your drink!

*You can substitute coconut milk.
