With Oma's Garden
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Oma's Garden Herbal Tea EURO TEA
1 tbsp. sugar
Ornament:
Lavender flower
1. Prepare the herbal tea in water (90 – 95 °C), add the sugar and infuse for 5 minutes with the sugar, set aside.
2. Put a lot of ice in the shaker, add the gin or vodka and the strained herbal tea.
3. Serve in a Martini glass, add a little mineral water and decorate with a flower.

Blue Thai
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Blue Thai White Tea EURO TEA
3 oz. Water
1.5 oz. Gin or Vodka
Ice to taste
Rosebud Topping
Preparation:
1. Prepare the tea in water (80 °C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and set aside.
2. Put plenty of ice in the shaker, add the gin or vodka and the tea.
3. Serve in a Martini glass, add a little mineral water and garnish with a rosebud.
