Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ceylon Black Tea EURO TEA
2 oz. boiling water
1 slice of caramelized orange
¼ cup refined sugar
2 oz. Gin
1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon powder
½ slice of dehydrated orange
Tonic water
Ices
Preparation:
1. Place orange slices in a pan, add the sugar and let it caramelize, remove with tongs and let it cool on waxed paper (do not touch the orange)
2.- In a cup, prepare your Ceylon Black Tea infusion, add the Tea to 2 oz. of boiling water (90 - 95 °C), let it infuse for 4 min, strain and let it cool.
3.In a balloon glass for Gin, place ice, move the glass to cool it, add the gin, the caramelized orange slice, the tea, sprinkle with cinnamon powder, add tonic water to fill ¾ of the glass and use the dehydrated orange as a garnish.
