Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Zurich EURO TE Herbal Tea
5 oz. Water (1)
1 tsp. Blue matcha EURO TE
3 oz. Water (2)
2 tsp. Agave honey
Ice to taste
Blackberry and mint leaves
Preparation:
1. Infuse the herbal tea in water (1) 90 – 95 °C
2. Dissolve the blue matcha in water (2) 90 – 95 °C.
3. Put both infusions in the shaker with ice, add the honey and shake
4. Serve in a glass with more ice.
5. Garnish with a blackberry and mint leaves.
