Blue Iceberg Almond

Ingredients:

2 Cditas. Herbal Tisane Chai Herbal EURO TE

4 oz. Water 1

1/2 Tsp. Blue Matcha EURO TE

2 oz. Water 2

Chasen

Chawan

3 oz. Almond milk

Steel infuser with lid

1 tbsp. evaporated milk

Ice to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the herbal tea in the infuser with water 1 (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 3 minutes, strain and set aside.

2. Whisk the Blue Matcha into water 1 (90 -95°C) in the chawan with the chasen.

3. Serve the almond milk in an 8oz. glass with ice and evaporated milk.

4. Mix the hot Herbal Chai with the Blue Matcha and add it to the glass, so that they separate from the milk.
