Ingredients:
2 tsp. Earl Grey Black Tea EURO TEA
5 oz. Boiling water
Ice to taste
2 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Whiskey
Sprig of rosemary
Preparation:
1. Prepare the tea in water (90 - 95 °C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and let cool.
2. In an old fashioned glass add ice, tea, lemon juice and whiskey.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
