Apple Caramel

Ingredients:

Syrup:

8 oz. Water (1)

1 Tbsp. Sugar

2 tbsp. Rooibos Cinnabon Herbal Tea EURO TEA

Drink:

1 tbsp. Moscow Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TEA

8 oz. Boiling water (2)

½ T apple juice

Whipped cream and caramel

Preparation:

1.- Syrup: Put the water (1), sugar and Rooibos in a pot, leave it on the fire to thicken for 10 minutes. Let it cool covered in the refrigerator.

2.-Prepare the herbal tea in water (2) (90 - 95 °C), infuse for 4 minutes and do not strain.

3.- In a glass, add ½ cup of syrup, ½ cup of Moscow with the fruit, the apple juice, fill with the Moscow infusion and stir.

4.- Decorate with whipped cream and caramel.
